Welcome to Fool's Journey—a small apothecary born during the fiery Aries lunar eclipse of 2023, when the veil was thin, and my lifelong love of herbalism blossomed into a beautiful act of sharing that knowledge with others.
My name is MJ, and I'm the head witch behind this work. What started as a dream of creating a queer and witch-owned sanctuary has grown into something deeper: a practice of remembering. Remembering that plants are here to heal us. Remembering that we can create healing, with our own hands. Remembering that magic lives in the everyday—if we're willing to slow down enough to notice.
Here, you'll find herbal smoking blends, wellness teas, infused skincare, botanical preparations, and small talismans that serve as gentle reminders of the sacred woven through ordinary life.
My offerings are inspired by nature, my ancestral wisdom, and life in the Pacific Northwest. I create products I would want to use myself—things I imagine my ancestors might have reached for, too. I lean on traditional plant medicine and ancient herbal knowledge, letting the plants guide what belongs in each blend. Every item is handcrafted with intention, using the highest quality organic ingredients.
This work is a conversation between past and present, between the seen and unseen, between the earth and those of us learning to listen again.
